About Session Technologies
Session Technologies was founded in June 2017 in Barcelona by Mao, as a way to expand his ability to deliver consulting services around DevOps and Open Source.
Quickly after, Carlo (based in Amsterdam) joined as peer (and CTO title) to build the idea of a consulting proxy firm, that would leverage both networks to attract interesting projects and the right consultants to work on them, while facilitating the delivery at different stages/levels.
Session has now a have consolidated portfolio of customers, consultants and partners, backed by the experience of delivering different type of solutions across many industries.
Core Values
- We live and breathe open source, and we believe that it's a fundamental requirement to build more sustainable solutions.
- We keep a holistic view and an open mind to technologies. We don't smash all nails with the same hammer, we build toolkits, and we love it.
- We put customer needs before our love for technology, making the customer aware of limitations and complexities of automated solutions.
- We deeply care about our community at large, which includes our customers, partners and consultants; we want our solutions to work, and to bring a positive impact on their lives.
